Santun Sahoo's work experience begins with an internship at National Aluminium Company Limited, where they worked as an Internship Trainee in the Smelter Division under the Potline department. santun gained knowledge about the Smelter division routine and provided a detailed analysis on optimizing fine particles emission from the silo to various FTPs.

Following this, they had another internship at OMFED, where they worked as an Internship Trainee in the R&D department. santun assisted in the concept of pasteurization of milk products and worked with various micro-organism cultures. santun also provided their help in the Quality Assessment Department.

After that, Santun joined Indian Oil Corporation Limited as an Internship Trainee in the AVU Section under the Production division. santun learned about heat transfer and mass transfer aspects in the atmospheric and vacuum units. santun also conducted a detailed analysis on various types of valves and the volume of fluid leakage through them.

Most recently, they have been working at EATCLUB Brands (formerly BOX8) as the Head of Operations (City Lead) in Pune. Prior to this role, they were an Operations Manager at the same company. In this role, they utilized their experience as a Supply Chain Consultant in the retail industry and a B2B Account Manager. santun also has experience in implementing strategies in Technology and SCM domains.

Santun Sahoo obtained their B.Tech.M.Tech (Dual Degree) in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. santun attended the institution from 2016 to 2021.
