Ayo James Akinmeji

Ayo James Akinmeji, PMP, currently serves as Plant Manager at Eaton since July 2018, overseeing operational P&L and driving cultural and operational turnaround within the Global Energy Infrastructure solutions in the Electrical Sector. Ayo previously held positions such as Plant Manager for the B line and Operations Leader in the Aerospace Sector, where focus was on enhancing customer and employee satisfaction, efficiency, and achieving substantial revenue targets. Ayo's earlier experience includes roles at Johnson & Johnson as a Finance MBA LDP Intern, and Pepco Holdings, Inc. as PMO Manager and Substation Engineer, where leadership in project management and the implementation of capital utility infrastructure projects were significant. Education includes an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Morgan State University, complemented by multiple project management certifications.
