Tracie Waller

Tracie Waller, MBA, currently serves as the Supplier Diversity Manager at Eaton, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Tracie worked as a Senior Program Manager for Supplier Diversity at Baxter International Inc. from December 2021 to July 2023, and spent over thirteen years at Hillrom in various capacities, including Senior Program Lead for Sourcing Excellence and Supplier Diversity. Tracie's earlier career includes roles such as Senior Financial Analyst at RTI International, Business Financial Analyst at Progress Energy, Staff Accountant at Siemens Energy, and Financial Analyst within GE Capital's Financial Management Program. Tracie holds a Master of Business Administration from Meredith College and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
