Eric Knott

Eric Knott has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Eric started their career in 2005 at Outback Steakhouse, where they worked as a Food Tech from 2005 to 2007. Eric then progressed to become a Manager from 2007 to 2008. From 2008 to 2010, Eric served as a Managing Partner at Outback Steakhouse.

In 2010, Eric joined PDQ Restaurants as an Operating Director, a role they held until 2013. Eric then moved up to become a Regional Director of Operations from 2013 to 2015. Eric continued to climb the corporate ladder, becoming a Regional Director of Operations once again from 2015 to 2018. Eric's dedication and hard work paid off as they were promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2018. Currently, Eric serves as the Chief Operating Officer at PDQ Restaurants, a position they have held since June 2020.

Eric Knott is currently pursuing a degree in Leadership Principles at Harvard Business School Online, which they began in 2022. Prior to that, they attended The University of Texas at Austin, where they obtained two other degrees. In 2021, they pursued a degree in Negotiation and Collaborative Decision Making, as well as a degree in Strategic Management, both from The University of Texas at Austin.
