Sreelatha Sharma

Sreelatha Sharma is an experienced technology leader with over 25 years in software engineering and product development. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at eBay since January 2021, Sreelatha leads a global team of over 100 engineers focused on transforming customer service technology through AI and cloud computing. Prior roles include Director of Software Engineering at Cisco, where Sreelatha oversaw the development of the WebEx contact center platform for 35,000 agents, and TriNet, managing engineering for HR applications. Sreelatha also held key positions at IBM, contributing to product strategy and development across various portfolios. Sreelatha’s academic credentials include an MS in Management from Stanford University, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
