Michael Matthias

Michael Matthias is currently serving as the Vice President Global Research & Development at Eberspächer Group. Michael has a strong background in research & development, product management, and project management. Prior to their current role, Michael worked as the General Manager and Head of Engineering Europe at Sanden International Europe LTD. Michael has also held significant positions at Sanden of Europe, Visteon, and Ford Motor Company, where Michael gained valuable experience in climate system development, product management, and commercial management. Michael holds an MBA in Business, Management, and Marketing from Henley Business School, along with engineering degrees from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences.
