Graham Gilmour

Graham Gilmour currently serves as the VP of Product for Email & Site Personalization at EBG, where responsibilities include the strategy, planning, implementation, and management of EBG's email system and on-site personalization to enhance user engagement. Previously held roles at EBG also include VP of Delivery Management and Integrations, focusing on technology vision and systems development across the organization. Long-standing experience at Undercover Tourist encompasses roles such as Head of Operations & Integrations and CTO, linking business development and engineering to ensure project delivery. Early career included positions as a Senior Developer and E-commerce Web Developer, where significant contributions were made to website architecture and maintenance. Graham holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing Science (Artificial Intelligence) from the University of Aberdeen.
