Ralph Straumann

Ralph Straumann is a Partner and Head of Data Science at EBP, where responsibilities include conceptual and technological consulting in information and knowledge management, data governance, analytics, and digital enablement for corporations. Additionally, Ralph serves as an External Lecturer for the CAS Spatial Data Analytics program at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, focusing on key topics related to data science processes. Previous experience includes roles as a Visiting Researcher at the Oxford Internet Institute and a PhD student at the Department of Geography, University of Zurich. Ralph's educational background features a Doctor of Science (PhD) in Geographic Information Science from the University of Zurich and a Master of Science in Geography, along with advanced studies at the University of Oxford.
