Madhuri Bhat

Madhuri Bhat has extensive work experience, starting in 2000 with roles at Guidant and Abbott Vascular where they held managerial and associate director positions. From 2007 to 2010, Madhuri worked as Vice-President of Clinical & Regulatory Affairs at Corventis, Inc, which is now Medtronic. Madhuri then joined Barrx Medical (Covidien GI/Medtronic) as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs & Quality Compliance in 2010. In 2011, Madhuri founded and became the Principal of Madhuri Bhat Communications, LLC, where they served as a consultant in regulatory, clinical, corporate communications, and management for the MedTech industry. Madhuri also advised and supported various MedTech groups in areas such as heart failure, arrhythmia, vital signs monitoring, interventional cardiology, and more. In 2013, Madhuri took on the role of Visiting Faculty for the RA, Clinical program in Medical Devices at SJSU's Master's in BioTech Program. Most recently, they joined EBR Systems, Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Regulatory, Clinical, Quality & Compliance in 2019 and currently holds the position of Chief Regulatory Officer, overseeing clinical, quality, regulatory affairs, and compliance.

Madhuri Bhat attended the University of Mumbai, where they completed an undisclosed degree between an unknown start year and 1992. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Policy at Duke University from 1994 to 1996.
