Eve Collins has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Eve began their career as a Receptionist at Goodshift Transmissions Inc. from June 2009 to September 2011, where they communicated with customers, answered calls, and handled customer issues. From June 2013 to September 2014, Eve worked as a Lifeguard at YMCA of San Diego County, ensuring safety at the pool and supervising swim lessons.

In December 2014, Eve joined UC Santa Cruz as a Research Assistant in the Social Psychology Department. Eve'sresponsibilities included transcribing, coding, and organizing academic data. Additionally, they collaborated with colleagues on psychological themes and cultural analysis until June 2015.

From June 2015 to September 2016, Eve worked at Ebsta, initially as a Customer Success Specialist, focusing on new prospects and smaller client accounts. Eve later took on the role of Customer Success Manager, building and maintaining relationships with customers, preventing churn, and handling renewals. Eventually, they became the Head of Customer Success, overseeing the department and managing enterprise customer accounts, recurring revenue, and team scaling.

In June 2020, Eve became an Organizer for the San Diego Customer Success Meetup group, where they facilitated gatherings for CS leaders and professionals to share best practices and discuss industry trends.

Most recently, in January 2023, Eve joined Pavilion as a Member, with the current roles and responsibilities unknown.

Eve Collins obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Intensive Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Eve attended the university from 2011 to 2015.
