Emily Principe-Velez

Emily Principe-Velez has a diverse work experience across various industries. Emily currently works as a Partner Support Manager at EC-Council, where they provide support to partnered training centers for EC-Council products and certifications. Their responsibilities include creating and processing sales orders and quotes for partners through Zoho CRM, as well as sending promotional material to partners via email.

Emily previously worked as a Community Manager at Alchemy RPG, where they managed the community Discord and handled company Twitter posts, engagements, and promotions. Emily also facilitated engagement by polling community interests and requests.

Emily also worked as a Concept Artist and Community Manager at Paratope, where they provided visual references and illustrations for use in 3D production. Emily also played a role in managing and maintaining the community through various channels such as Discord, Reddit, Steam, and Twitter.

Emily Principe-Velez completed their Associate's Degree in Graphic Design at St. Petersburg College from 2013 to 2016. Emily then pursued further education and obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of South Florida from 2017 to 2020. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including the Hubspot Inbound Certification and Hubspot Social Media Certification from HubSpot Academy in April 2020, the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in March 2020, the Google Ads Display Certification and Google Ads Search Certification from Google in February 2020, and the Hootsuite Platform Certification from Hootsuite in January 2020.
