Yu Hin Louis, Ng has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years in various industries. Yu Hin started their career in marketing and sales at Sumida Corporation, where they worked as a Sales Executive and later as a Project Coordinator. Yu Hin then moved on to Avio-Diepen as an International Account Manager, responsible for managing accounts in Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan. After that, they worked at Haymarket Media Ltd. as a Regional Account Manager, overseeing advertising, sponsorship, subscriptions, and direct marketing.

In 2010, Ng joined Yahoo! Asia Holdings Limited as a Project Manager for Cross Border Sales Operations in Yahoo! Search Marketing. Yu Hin then transitioned to MRM//McCann as a Senior Account Manager, specializing in CRM, data, and analytics for the APAC region.

Ng continued to build their expertise in CRM and marketing roles at various companies. Yu Hin worked at Crocs Asia as a Regional Total Consumer Experience Manager and CRM Manager, overseeing several countries. Yu Hin then moved to Coach Asia, where they held the position of Regional CRM Manager, responsible for loyalty marketing, business analytics, and intelligence in multiple Asian countries.

In 2015, Ng worked as a Contract Customer Relationship Manager at Pernod Ricard before joining Fossil Group, Inc. in 2016. At Fossil Group, they held multiple roles, including APAC Senior Manager in CRM, Senior Manager in E-commerce for Singapore and Malaysia, and most recently, Head of E-commerce for Asia Pacific at ECCO Shoes.

Throughout their career, Ng has demonstrated their ability to drive digital sales growth, lead teams, manage budgets, and achieve commercial targets. Yu Hin has extensive experience in CRM development, performance marketing, digital assets, and marketplace operations. Ng has successfully collaborated with key marketplace platforms and supported digital sales across various regions.
