Debasish Banerjee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in market research and human resources recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at PARADIGMITHR and involved in HR recruitment at eCentricHR since October 2018, Debasish has previously held the position of Quality Assurance Manager at Ipsos from January 2014 to 2015, where a strong emphasis was placed on maintaining data quality. Before Ipsos, Debasish worked as a Market Research Manager at ORGIMS for nearly two decades, overseeing research operations across Eastern and Northern India. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from L.N. Mishra Institute of Economic Development and Social Change and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the same institution.
