Jennifer Huebscher

Jennifer Huebscher has over 19 years of experience in benefits administration and human resources. Jennifer most recently worked at Datasite as a Global Benefits Manager, where they were responsible for managing and administering global benefit programs across multiple regions. Prior to that, they held the role of Principal Benefits Analyst at both Datasite and Ceridian, where they collaborated with the benefits team to deliver meaningful benefits programs and ensure compliance. Jennifer also has experience as a Benefits Specialist at Children's Hospitals and Clinics of MN, where they reviewed and improved benefit plans and administered pension/retiree programs. Earlier in their career, they served as an HR/Payroll Administrator at SPS Companies, Inc., where they performed a variety of human resource functions and maintained employee and company relations.

Jennifer Huebscher earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Winona State University, where they attended from 1999 to 2003.
