Amarnath Som

Amarnath Som is an experienced Design and Development Engineer currently employed at Bharat Forge Ltd since August 2022. With a career spanning over three decades, Amarnath has held significant positions including Design and Development Manager at Echjay Forgings Pvt. Ltd. since January 2017, VSM- Design & Development at Kalyani Forge Limited, and DGM-Design & Development at Ramkrishna Forgings Limited. Previous roles include Design Head at Amtek Forging and various positions in design and process development at Stokes Forgings Group Ltd in the UK and Kalyani Forge Ltd. Amarnath possesses a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from IST College of Engineering, a diploma in Mechanical Engineering, as well as certifications in Computing and an Advanced Diploma in Forging Technology from NIFFT.
