Carlos Garcia

Carlos Garcia has over 20 years of experience in finance and operations. Carlos is currently the Director of Finance and Operations at Echo.Church since 2022. Prior to that, Carlos worked at Fresh Lifelines for Youth (FLY) where they held various positions including Vice President of Infrastructure and Chief Financial Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Senior Director of Finance and Operations from 2006 to 2022. Before FLY, Carlos worked as an Operations Manager at Syndero in 2005. Carlos started their career at Triage Consulting Group in 2001 as a Senior Associate, where they provided healthcare consulting services, improving cash flow and negotiating contracts with insurance companies for prestigious hospitals in the U.S. Carlos has a strong attention to detail and expertise in financial provisions affecting reimbursement.

Carlos Garcia completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis in 2001. In 2009, they earned a Masters degree in Public Administration from San Jose State University.
