Benita Robertson, CCMP™

Benita Robertson, CCMP™, has over 8 years of experience in change management and communications. Benita's most recent role was as a Senior Advisor-Strategic Communications and Change at Echo Five Group. Prior to that, Benita was a Change Management Lead (Communications and Training) at REI, where they spearheaded the definition of change management processes and impact initiatives programs. Additionally, Benita led live change management training sessions, created training materials, and developed captivating storyboards and visualizations. Previously, Benita worked as a Senior Consultant (Change Management) at Central Research, Inc., leading project execution and presenting project progress to executive stakeholders. Benita has also served as a Consultant (Change and Communications) at ITSC Secure Solutions, a Program Analyst (Technical Writer) at the U.S. Department of State, and a Program Analyst at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Benita Robertson, CCMP™, earned a Master of Science degree in Strategic Communications with an Emphasis on Social Media Management from Arkansas State University between 2023 and 2025. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Virginia State University, although the timeframe for this is unknown. In addition, they obtained a Life and Engagement Coach Certificate from Anne Arundel Community College, but the timeframe for this is also unknown. Robertson has earned several certifications, including a Certified Change Management Professional™ (CCMP™) from the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP Global) in November 2021.
