Lena Treiber

Lena Treiber has a strong work history in various roles related to talent acquisition and human resources. Lena began their career as a Werkstudentin Finance at BorgWarner Drivetrain Engineering GmbH in November 2013 and held this position until July 2018. In August 2018, they joined Hays as the Manager of Candidate Relations until February 2019.

In February 2019, Lena Treiber became a Team Lead Talent Partner at Dealfront. Later in the same year, they joined Echobot as a Junior Human Resources Manager until November 2019. Lena then took on the role of Human Resources Managerin - Recruiting from November 2019 to March 2022. After that, they became a Talent Acquisition Managerin at Echobot from April 2022 to October 2022. Currently, Lena Treiber holds the position of Talent Partner Team Lead at Echobot starting from October 2022.

Lena Treiber completed their Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftspädagogik from the University of Mannheim from 2013 to 2016. Lena then pursued their Master of Science in Wirtschaftspädagogik from the same university from 2016 to 2018.
