William Tanner

William Tanner, CPA, has a diverse work experience in the field of accounting. William started their career as an intern at Deloitte in 2014 before moving on to EY in 2015, where they worked as an FSO Tax Associate. At EY, William's main responsibilities included compliance and assisting clients with asset management, as well as organizing and analyzing financial statements. In 2019, they joined BDO as an Experience Hire, staying until 2021. William then transitioned to Mission Rock Residential, LLC, where they worked as a Compliance Accountant. Currently, they are employed by EchoStar Corporation as a Sr Principal Tax Accountant since 2023.

William Tanner, CPA, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business in 2014. William continued their education at the same institution and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Accounting in 2015. During their studies, they focused on Tax Accounting, emphasizing this field in their Master's degree in Business Administration. In January 2019, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the California Board of Accountancy.
