Heather Saunders

Heather Saunders, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Heather began their career at Interchange Group as a Training Manager, where they gained experience in pre-sales demonstrations and customer training. Heather then moved on to Stone & Webster Ltd., where they held the roles of Communications Supervisor and later IT Helpdesk Manager. In these roles, they managed an internal Helpdesk and oversaw hardware purchases, software roll-outs, and office moves. Heather then joined The Shaw Group as a Learning & Development Manager, where they focused on designing competency frameworks, analyzing development programs, and talent management. Heather currently works at ECITB, initially as a Product Development Manager before being promoted to Head of Product Development. Details of their role at ECITB are not provided. Additionally, outside of their professional career, Heather serves as the Chair of Trustees at Glamis Hall.

Heather Saunders, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration degree in People & Organisational Change from The Open University, which they completed between 2000 and 2006. Heather also possesses a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in General Studies with an IT & History bias from The Open University, which they obtained between 2000 and 2010. In addition, they have earned the certification of Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in July 2021.
