Larry Worden

Larry Worden has extensive experience in supply chain operations, business development, and operations management.

At ecoATM Gazelle, Larry served as the Vice President of Supply Chain Operations, where they were responsible for driving the operational aspects of the processing, triage, and grading facility. Larry also managed a multi-million dollar value-add program and oversaw inventory management for trade-in products.

Prior to ecoATM Gazelle, Larry held the position of Vice President of Business Development & Value Add at the same company. In this role, they focused on identifying and developing value-added services, driving profitable growth, and building a robust pipeline of value-add partners.

Larry also served as the Vice President of Business Operations at Mobile reCell, where they spearheaded the successful launch of a Revenue as a Service software platform and implemented strategies to enhance product offerings and streamline operations.

Before that, Larry worked as the Head of Products & Purchasing at Belmont Trading Company, where they were responsible for new product acquisition strategies and ensuring optimal supplier performance and pricing. Larry also held the role of Senior Business Development Manager, Consultant, where they facilitated introductions to decision-makers and recommended solutions to maintain quality and service levels.

At iQor, Larry served as the Vice President of Global Repair Operations, leading a cross-functional global operations organization for mobile, IoT, and connected products. Larry had direct P&L accountability and oversaw operations in multiple locations worldwide.

Prior to that, Larry held the position of Vice President, Global Head of Repair & Strategy, Mobile and Connected Devices at Teleplan International. Larry developed operational go-to-market strategies and oversaw supply chain networks, including the establishment of the Asia Parts Procurement organization.

Larry also served as the Vice President of North American Business Operations at EcoRenew Group, where they developed market strategies and established US operations for an Asia-based parts and repair supplier. Larry also worked at Celestica - Global Repair Services as the Senior Director of Global Aftermarket Services and later as the Director/General Manager, Business Unit.

Earlier in their career, Larry held various roles at CertiCell, LLC, RMS Logistics, LP, and Resource Concepts Wireless, where they were responsible for business development, operations management, and strategic planning in the wireless repair and reverse logistics industry.

Larry Worden earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Avionics Technology from the Community College of the Air Force between the years 1980 and 1984. Later, in 1997, they obtained certifications in CMS 40 & CMS 8800 Radio Base Station Systems from the Ericsson Technical Training Center. During the same year, they also received a certification in CDMA Systems Engineering IS95 from John Hopkins University's Whiting School of Engineering.
