Jacob Clarke

Head of Customer Success at EcoCart

Jacob Clarke is currently the Director of Customer Success at EcoCart. Prior to that, they worked at AngelHack from November 2015 to May 2019 as an Account Manager and Startup Success Manager. Jacob was a key player in the running of AngelHack's Innovation Management services, the Global Hackathon Series, and Accelerator programs. Jacob also owned enterprise client relations and project management for all virtual programs, totaling 25% of company revenue.

At AngelHack, they were responsible for maintaining detailed records and ongoing communication with 180 startup accelerator portfolio companies totaling in $70m+ in value. Jacob was also responsible for sourcing partnerships for startup accelerator portfolio companies. To date, each company can claim ~$100k in free or discounted benefits. Jacob advised 50+ startups in AngelHack's portfolio as an internal advisor.

Jacob Clarke has a degree in Sociology from California State University-Sacramento. Jacob also has a certification from LLX in Negotiating For Success.
