Henner Thoss

Henner Thoss is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and development, primarily in the chemical and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as Market Lead Technical Service & Training at Ecolab since August 2007, Henner has managed the development of On-Premise laundry detergents and led significant projects involving complex chemistry and dosing systems. Henner has also held leadership roles in process engineering and project management, overseeing the transfer of multimillion production plants and optimizing product portfolios for cost savings. Prior to Ecolab, Henner worked as a Staff Scientist at Johnson & Johnson GmbH, where responsibilities included project management for feminine hygiene products and collaboration with global technology groups. Henner holds a doctorate in Textile Chemistry from RWTH Aachen University and two Staatsexamen degrees in Food Chemistry from the University of Münster.
