Kimberly Yazbeck

Kimberly Yazbeck is an experienced professional in leadership and sales training, currently serving as the Leadership and Sales Training Manager at Ecolab since May 2016. In this role, Kimberly collaborates with District Managers and Associate District Managers to enhance leadership skills within their teams and supports Sales Development and Corporate Account Managers in their sales initiatives for Pest teams. Prior to Ecolab, Kimberly spent over two decades at Enterprise Holdings Inc., where roles included Training and Development Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Area Manager, focusing on management development, recruitment, and business operations across various rental car brands. Kimberly holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, and Communications from the University of San Diego.
