Lise Bair

Lise Bair is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager for College Recruiting at Ecolab since March 2022. In this role, Lise leads a team focused on early career talent strategies, collaborates with HR and business leaders to address future talent needs, and builds partnerships with academic institutions to meet hiring objectives. Prior to this, Lise held various roles in talent acquisition and HR, including Director of Talent Acquisition and Integration at Pediatric Home Service and Talent Acquisition Manager at Smart Care Equipment Solutions. Lise holds a Master's of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management from North Dakota State University.
