Julia Strikker

Julia Strikker has a diverse work experience. In 2022, they began working at ecolytiq as a Junior Product Manager and Product Internship. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Landhuishotel De Bloemenbeek B.V. as a Junior Marketing, where they created and developed content for 50+ hotel room tablets and implemented a 'Green Option' program. From 2018 to 2019, Julia worked at Fabienne Chapot as an E-commerce Intern, where they monitored website/webshop/social media channels, analyzed customer service processes, and organized biannual sample sale events. Lastly, from 2019 to 2020, Julia worked at Proponent as a Project Intern, where they researched the effect of post-merger organizational changes on employee satisfaction within the global Customer Service departments of the world's largest independent aerospace distribution company. Julia also analyzed former approaches and attitudes towards change within the organization and created a step-by-step change management strategy to increase employee satisfaction.

Julia Strikker is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Management at the Nova School of Business and Economics, which they began in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2022. In 2018, they completed a Minor in International Economics and Globalisation at the Amsterdam School of International Business. Prior to that, Julia participated in an exchange program at Ibmec in 2017, where they studied International Relations. From 2015 to 2018, they attended the Amsterdam School of International Business, where they studied International Business & Management Studies. In 2014-2015, Julia attended Colégio Objetivo in Martinópolis, São Paulo, Brazil. Julia also has two certifications: Microsoft Office Specialist: Microsoft Excel 2016, obtained in November 2021 from Microsoft, and SAP - ERP, obtained in September 2016 from SAP.
