Zachary Slates

Zachary Slates has worked in various roles in finance and business operations since 2004. Zachary began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Audit Associate in the Insurance sector. In 2010, they moved to Friendfactor as Business Operations Manager. In 2011, they joined Fordham University School of Law as Assistant Director of the Intellectual Property Institute, representing the Institute both within the law school and with external stakeholders. From 2016 to 2018, they served as Acting Director of Finance for both the Emily C and John E Hansen Intellectual Property Law Institute and Ciao Andiamo as an independent consultant. In 2018, they also took on the role of Interim Executive Director for The Copyright Society of the USA as an independent consultant. Currently, they are the Director of Finance at The Economic Club of New York.

Zachary Slates received a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Fordham University School of Law in 2009. Prior to that, they received a Master of Accounting (M.Acc.) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2004. Zachary also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Classical Civilization from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts in 2003, which they completed in 1999.
