Moti Yakov

Moti Yakov has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Moti began their career in 1978 in the Israeli Air Force, where they held various positions, including Staff Officer in the field of aircraft auxiliary equipment and Director of Labor, responsible for managing maintenance departments and overseeing technical management. In 2002, they transitioned to Techno-AV LTD., serving as the Manager of an air compressors factory, responsible for production, service, and logistics. At AutoMat LTD, from 2011 to 2012, they worked as an Operations Manager, overseeing the production of electrical panels and managing the bidding system for electricity contractors. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Techno-AV Compressors LTD as a COO, where they recruited new customers, streamlined the service department, and implemented new strategies for annual maintenance contracts. Currently, they work at EcoPlant Technological Innovation LTD as a COO.

Moti Yakov attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1982 to 1984. Moti pursued an Engineer's degree, specializing in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on aviation. Moti'sstudies were carried out at the Air Force Technical School.
