Fubin Lu

Fubin Lu has a diverse work experience in procurement and management roles. Fubin is currently working at Ecorus as the Group Director for Procurement, IT, and ESG. Prior to this, they held the position of Group Director Procurement at Ecorus. Fubin has also worked as a Member of the Procurement Directors Round Table at EGN Nederland. Fubin served as the Head of Group Procurement at Curaeos, where they managed sourcing teams across multiple countries. Fubin has also held leadership positions at International Bike Group B.V., Hunter Douglas Europe, and Essent. At Essent, they were responsible for international solar-related tenders and led sourcing events across multiple countries. Fubin started their career as an Assistant in Intensive Care & Recovery at ABN AMRO Commercial Finance.

Fubin Lu has a diverse education history. Fubin is currently enrolled in a program called "Strategic Decision Making for Leaders" at INSEAD, which is expected to be completed in 2022. Fubin previously attended Tilburg University, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Organisation Studies, specializing in the Organization of Cultural Diversity, from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Organisation Science at Tilburg University from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their university education, Fubin Lu has also pursued further certifications. Fubin took language and business courses at Fudan University in 2006 and obtained a Mandarin language certificate from the institution. Fubin also completed the NEVI 1 Purchasing & Supply Chain Management Programme in 2011 and the NEVI 2 Tactisch Purchasing & Supply Chain Management Programme in 2012, both offered by NEVI. Fubin Lu attended a workshop called "The Complete Skilled Negotiator" conducted by The Gap Partnership in 2014.

Furthermore, Fubin Lu holds other certifications such as an IELTS (International English Language Testing System) score of 8 out of 9, obtained at Tilburg University in 2008, and a MSc Organisation of Cultural Diversity Certificate from Tilburg University in 2009. Starting from their early education, Fubin Lu attended Ds. Pierson College, where they completed VWO Atheneum (pre-university education with a focus on economics and society) from 2002 to 2004 and HAVO (senior general secondary education with a focus on economics and society) from 1997 to 2002. Fubin completed their early education at Sancta Maria, graduating with a MAVO diploma in 1997.
