Henry N Moore Jr., M.B.A, SPHR has over 20 years of progressive experience in various roles within human resources and administration.

Henry N currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Environmental Consulting & Technology, Inc. (ECT) since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Principal Consultant at ACA HR Consulting LLC, offering comprehensive human resource consulting services to start-ups and mid-size companies.

Henry also has a strong background in the insurance industry, where they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources & Administration at Tower Hill Insurance Group from November 2016 to January 2020. Henry N previously served as the Assistant Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations, and Director of Human Resources at the same organization.

Before joining Tower Hill Insurance Group, Henry worked at Edward Waters College as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing the daily operations and implementing human resource policies and procedures. Henry N also worked at the University of North Florida and Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in various HR roles.

Throughout their career, Henry has demonstrated exceptional leadership, communication skills, and expertise in talent management, performance management, succession planning, and learning and development. Henry N is known for building productive relationships with employees, peers, and C-Suite executives at all levels.

Henry N Moore Jr. earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, where they studied an unspecified field of study from 1990 to 1993. Henry N later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Business from Webster University, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General, from 2005 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Henry N Moore Jr. has obtained several certifications to further enhance their professional development. Henry N received a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. Furthermore, they attained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in November 2020.
