Florentine Poncelet has accumulated a diverse range of work experience in various marketing and digital roles. Florentine'smost recent position was as the Chief Marketing Officer at ECTOR, which they have held since February 2019. Prior to this, Florentine worked as a Digital Marketing & Communication specialist at La Financière de l'Echiquier - LFDE from September 2018 to February 2019.

Earlier in their career, Florentine held multiple roles at Santiane, starting as a Digital Marketer - Acquisition SEM/SEO from January 2014 to December 2015. Florentine then became the Digital Marketing & Customer Experience Manager, responsible for lead acquisition campaigns, CRM strategy, and customer engagement initiatives from January 2016 to December 2017. Following that, they were promoted to Deputy Director of Marketing & Customer Experience, overseeing all aspects of the customer journey from January 2018 to September 2018.

Before joining Santiane, Florentine worked as a Marketing Consultant (part-time) at Matboard&More, where they implemented an online marketing strategy, engaged with customers, and optimized Google AdWords campaigns from January 2013 to May 2013. Prior to that, they were a Social Media Marketing Manager at Widism, where they established the brand's online presence, engaged with influencers, and utilized data analytics to drive growth in a six-month period from July 2012 to December 2012.

Florentine's earlier experience includes working as a Marketing & Competitive Intelligence Analyst at CANAL+, where they conducted competitor analysis and trend research, and managed the development of an in-store sales tool from September 2010 to December 2011. Florentine also served as a Media Planner/Buyer Assistant (TV) at Vizeum, where they independently managed advertising campaigns for a music label and exceeded sales goals from July 2009 to December 2009.

Florentine Poncelet began their education in 2006 at Lycée du Parc, where they completed two-year intensive preparation courses for entrance exams to the top French Business Schools. From 2008 to 2013, they attended ESSEC Business School, earning an MBA/MSc in Marketing. In 2012, they participated in a full-time MBA program as an exchange student at Schulich School of Business - York University, specializing in Marketing. Florentine also obtained a certification in Managing Fashion & Luxury Companies from SDA Bocconi through Coursera in 2014.
