Charlie Waters is an accomplished pharmacy executive with extensive experience in healthcare management. Currently serving as Vice President at ECU Health since January 2024, Charlie is responsible for the integration and management of pharmacy services across a system with over 1,700 beds and multiple retail and specialty pharmacies. Charlie has been the owner of Medication Therapy Management Services, LLC since June 2009 and held the position of Senior Vice President at CPS from October 2014 to January 2024. Previous roles include System Director of Pharmacy at Community Health Systems and Director of Pharmacy and Clinical Pharmacist at Cardinal Health. Charlie holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from The University of Georgia and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University.
