Kimberly Walck MHS, RD, LDN, currently serves as Clinical Nutrition Manager at ECU Health since May 2022. Prior to this role, Kimberly worked as a WIC Nutritionist at Nutrition Plus of Greenville, NC from March 2019 to September 2021, and held the position of Hostess at ECU Health from September 2017 to February 2019. Earlier experience includes working as a Direct Care Professional at Community Alternatives of North Carolina from October 2016 to June 2017, and as a Student Worker at Freshens Fresh Food Studio from September 2014 to May 2016, where Kimberly prepared and assembled a variety of food items. Kimberly's career began as a Corn Packer at Cottle Organics during the summers of 2014 and 2015. Kimberly holds a Master's degree in Health Education and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, both from Western Carolina University.
