Michael Tonsing

Michael Tonsing has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and industries. Michael is currently the Director of Portfolio Management at ECU Health since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Program Lead at ECU Health from December 2020 to November 2022. Michael also worked as a Senior Business Consultant at SouthState Bank from June 2019 to December 2020. From June 2014 to April 2019, they held the position of Senior Project Manager at Novant Health. Michael also has experience working in Mecklenburg County, where they served as a Senior IT Manager from November 2013 to June 2014 and as a Senior IT Project Manager from September 2008 to November 2013. Michael started their career at Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Business Solutions Analyst from July 2007 to September 2008. Prior to that, they worked at Bank of America as a Project Manager/Change Consultant from March 1999 to July 2007.

Michael Tonsing graduated from UNC Wilmington in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. Michael also holds certifications in ITIL v3, Certified Government Chief Information Officer (CGCIO) from UNC Chapel Hill, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Six Sigma Green Belt.
