Chand Itagi is a visionary in delighting customers, with a wealth of experience in various roles across different companies. Chand'swork experience began in 1999, where they started their career as a Sales Marketing Officer for Pegasus, specializing in concept selling of credit cards. From 2014 to 2015, Chand served as a Program Delivery Manager in BPS Technology at Xerox, handling a technology portfolio of $30 million and delivering BPS-centric technology solutions for the commercial business sector.
In 2017, Chand worked as an individual contractor, first as a Technology Consultant, building RPA implementation roadmaps, best practices, and a change management framework. Chand then became an RPA consultant for Tylark Corporation, implementing end-to-end automation solutions in the finance and accounting domain and achieving significant savings.
