Rohan Sawant

Rohan Sawant has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Rohan is currently serving as the Executive Director & Co-Head of the Financial Sponsors Group at Edelweiss Wealth Management since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of the Financial Sponsors Group & PE at SBI Capital Markets from October 2019 to February 2022.

Rohan also worked at Edelweiss Financial Services Limited as an Associate Director in Investment Banking from August 2010 to October 2019. Before that, they were an Assistant Vice President in Investment Banking at Standard Chartered Bank from November 2008 to July 2010.

Rohan started their career at ENAM as an Analyst in Corporate Finance & FIG from July 2006 to October 2008. Prior to that, they worked as an Analyst in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan from June 2005 to July 2006.

Rohan Sawant holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance & Systems from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Rohan also has a Masters in Commerce (M.Com) degree from the University of Mumbai. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) and Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degrees in Commerce and Computer Applications respectively from Kishinchand Chellaram College of Arts Commerce and Science. Rohan completed their HSC in Commerce from Chinai College and their SSC from St. Francis D'Assisi.
