Dayna Imhoff, SPHR

Dayna Imhoff, SPHR, has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Dayna began their career in 1992 as a Manager, Training and Other Various Roles at Motorola. In 1998, they moved to Arthur Andersen Business Consulting as an Experienced Manager, Organizational Development. In 2001, they founded and became the Managing Principal of Optimizing Performance LLC, a premier boutique consultancy providing HR solutions for clients across all industries. In 2002, they became a Human Resources Consultant at St. Charles Consulting Group, and in 2003 they became a Human Resources & Training Consultant at Siemens Building Technologies. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Senior Director Human Resources at Eden Park Illumination.

Dayna Imhoff, SPHR, obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Iowa State University between 1987 and 1991. Dayna then went on to obtain their Master of Science in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago between 1995 and 1997. In 1998, they obtained the MBTI Type Indicator certification from MBTI. In 2003, they obtained the DiSC certification from DiSC. Dayna also holds the SPHR certification.
