Jeff Gillie

Jeff Gillie serves as Senior Counsel for M&A at EDF Renewable Energy, providing in-house legal support for renewable energy projects across North America since January 2016. Prior experience includes a role at White & Case in the Project Finance Practice Group, advising on energy and infrastructure financing from January 2012 to August 2014, and as an attorney at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer focusing on M&A transactions in energy and infrastructure from October 2008 to December 2011. Early career roles include a student trainee position at Schellenberg Wittmer and a law clerk role at Winter & Winkler P.C. Gillie also served as an instructor at Lycée et Collège Jean Monet and worked as a paralegal at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Educational qualifications include a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in German Literature from Princeton University.
