Albert Fierro

Albert Fierro is currently the Recruiting Coordinator at Edge Delta. Prior to this, they worked as a Recruiter Coordinator at Google from October 2021 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating complex logistics and communications for interviews across multiple time zones and global locations. Albert also developed strong partnerships with recruiters, interviewers/hiring committee members, and candidates.

Albert is known for their attention to detail, quality work, and sense of urgency. Albert is also known for their ability to represent the Google staffing organization to all partners, stakeholders, and candidates with a focus on delivering equitable experiences, exceptional candidate experience, and consistent quality. Additionally, they were nominated and selected as Team Culture and Wellness Lead, where they developed team structure and planned events.

Albert Fierro has a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from San Francisco State University. Albert also has a French degree from Berkeley City College. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Lastly, they have an Associate of Arts (AA) in International Relations and Affairs from Chabot College.
