Pauline Bottema-Sanders

Pauline Bottema-Sanders is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel and Company Secretary at EDGE since November 2021. In addition, Bottema-Sanders holds a position on the Supervisory Board of Het Nationale Theater and has been a member and Chair of the Supervisory Board at Hello Zuidas since 2020. Previous roles include General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at RAI Amsterdam, where responsibilities encompassed legal and compliance matters, and Senior Associate at Stibbe N.V., advising on corporate and securities law. Bottema-Sanders also has experience as a company lawyer during secondments at Starbucks and ING. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Civil Law from Leiden University and executive education in Corporate Governance from Nyenrode Business University.
