Jill Wittels

Jill Wittels is a strategic advisor to Edge Velocity focused on helping the company achieve its strategic objectives. Wittels combines business acumen with deep domain expertise in the technology sector, which enables her to add value across operational, development and go-to-market functions within an organization. Among her many strengths, Wittels possesses un-rivaled expertise in the areas of operational effectiveness and executive mentorship.

Wittels currently serves as an advisor to several emerging technology companies, following an accomplished career in the technology and defense industries. Wittels served as the Chief Technologist at L-3 Communications where she managed a $400M R&D budget and was involved in more than 50 acquisitions. She also served as a board director for two businesses in which L-3 had ownership positions. Previously, she held the position of Vice President and General Manager for BAE Systems where she helped lead the company through a transformational period resulting in a new era of growth and profitability.

Wittels was named an American Physical Congressional Fellow and was named a Postdoctoral Fellow from MIT.
