Lucinda Spencer

Lucinda Spencer has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2023. Lucinda began their career at Crimson as an Associate Consultant before transitioning to a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in Financial Services and IT niches. Lucinda then worked as an Internal Tech Recruiter on a contract basis at The App Business. Following that, they served as a Recruitment Coordinator at ThoughtWorks. Lucinda then joined Treatwell, where they started as a Technical Recruiter and evolved into an HR Business Partner for the Technology teams, overseeing projects related to recruitment and employee development. Their next role was as the Head of People at Karakuri, where they introduced interview processes, facilitated workshops, and made key hires. Currently, they are the Head of People (EMEA & APAC) at EDGE10 Group.
