Carla (Appich) Samford, CAM has a strong background in the real estate industry, with over 30 years of experience. Carla (Appich) started their career at AvalonBay Communities/Trammell Crow in 1991, where they held various roles including Leasing, Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, Regional Manager, Area Marketing Manager, Trainer, and Operations Analyst. In 2002, they joined Cornerstone Realty Income Trust as the Director of Training.
