Bill Radford has a long history of working in the telecommunications industry. Bill began their career in 1994 as the Director of Operations at ICG, a telecommunications company with $1.5 million in annual revenue and over 2500 staff members. In 2000, they moved to TelCove as the Regional Operations Manager, where they were responsible for supporting all operations and project management of the Southeast region. Finally, in 2019, they became the Chief Information Officer at EdgePresence.
