Bill Radford

Bill Radford has a long history of working in the telecommunications industry. Bill began their career in 1994 as the Director of Operations at ICG, a telecommunications company with $1.5 million in annual revenue and over 2500 staff members. In 2000, they moved to TelCove as the Regional Operations Manager, where they were responsible for supporting all operations and project management of the Southeast region. In 2006, they joined Level 3 Communications as the Regional Director of Operations, a telecommunications company with $6.26 Billion in revenue and over 11,000 employees. In 2007, they moved to Time Warner Telecom as the Director of Operations, a telecommunications company with over $1B in revenue and 2,876 employees. In 2009, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Astra Global. In 2012, they joined Lexicon International as the Chief Operating Officer, where they focused on international call center IT infrastructure and security certifications. Finally, in 2019, they became the Chief Information Officer at EdgePresence.

Bill Radford attended Devry University from 2005 to 2007, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Management.
