Monica Cushner serves as the Head of Integrated Marketing North America for Schick at Edgewell Personal Care since March 2022, overseeing various marketing areas including brand social marketing, influencer partnerships, social commerce, public relations, and brand collaborations. Monica also holds the position of Board Chair at SocialMedia.org and previously led social media and influencer marketing efforts at Burlington Stores, Inc. from August 2019 to March 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Comcast as Sr. Manager of Brand Social Media, Hilton as Manager and Acting Director of Digital Brand Marketing, and VML as Senior Digital Account Executive, where significant contributions were made to high-profile campaigns, including the launch of Pfizer's Xeljanz®. Monica began their career at Healthgrades as a CRM Marketing Coordinator. Education includes an Executive MBA from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
