Tom Lasswell

Tom Lasswell is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure and IT services. Tom currently holds the position of Sr. Director of Infrastructure and IT Services at Edible Brands and Edible Arrangements. Prior to this, Tom worked at Cortavo Inc as the Vice President of IT Operations, where they achieved significant growth and success through process improvements, budgeting, and personnel planning. Tom also played a key role in establishing the Cortavo brand and developing the Cortavo MSP brand from inception. Before joining Cortavo Inc, Tom worked at iVision as the Director of Engineering and Support Services (ESS) and Manager of Engineering and Support Services (ESS). In these roles, they built and expanded teams, implemented strategic development plans, and developed advanced automation solutions for managed services. Earlier in their career, Tom gained valuable experience at CDW as a Systems Engineer - NetApp and at CBS Corporation as a Manager of Infrastructure Engineering and Sr. Technical Engineer in various infrastructure-related roles. Tom also had early career experiences at Robert Half Technology, TEKsystems, EZE Castle Integration, and Bain & Company, holding different contractor positions and gaining hands-on experience in server installation, deployment, maintenance, and user support.

Tom Lasswell's education history begins in 2001, where they attended Wentworth Institute of Technology and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering Technology. During the same period, they also earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from the same institution. In terms of additional certifications, Tom obtained the following:

- In June 2009, they received the ITIL Foundation Certified v3 certification from EXIN.

- In December 2011, they became a NetApp Accredited Installation Professional (NAIP) through NetApp.

- In October 2012, they earned the NetApp Certified Data Administrator, Clustered Data ONTAP certification from NetApp.

- In March 2013, they obtained the NetApp Certified Implementation Engineer - SAN Specialist, Clustered Data ONTAP certification from NetApp.

- In January 2017, they became a LogicMonitor Certified Professional, certified by LogicMonitor.

- Lastly, in January 2019, they achieved the Exam 347: Enabling Office 365 Services certification.

Furthermore, Tom is currently pursuing an Executive MBA degree at Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business, with an expected completion date in 2025.
