Alex Pérez Iglesias

Alex Pérez Iglesias has diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. From 2003 to 2007, they worked at La Salle BCN as a professor and system administrator, specializing in Linux, Windows, hardware, and telecommunications engineering. As a freelance consultant from 2006 to 2009, they provided ICT consulting and system technician services. In 2009, they joined Clínica Sant Antoni as a TIC Responsible, managing telecom projects for a new clinic building. Alex was involved in designing and implementing telecommunications systems and structured cabling. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a System Administrator at E-TIC Sistemes. Since 2014, they have been employed at eDreams ODIGEO, starting as a Corporate IT Engineer and transitioning to roles such as Infrastructure Systems Engineer and currently, as the Platform Engineering Lead.

Alex Pérez Iglesias has a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from La Salle BCN, which was obtained in 2017. In 2013, Alex completed a Business Fundamentals course at Stanford University. They also have a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from La Salle BCN, which was obtained in 2013. Alex has an additional certification in IT Service Management called the ITIL Foundation Certificate, which was obtained in 2016. In 2006, Alex completed the Cisco Networking Academy Program and became a CCNA.
