Makura Compton

Makura Compton is currently working as Impact Fellow at Education Pioneers and Strategic Operations Lead at EdSource. Prior to this, Makura held key roles at Brunswick Corporation, A.T. Kearney, Cummins Inc., Microsoft, SEI, Management Leadership for Tomorrow, The Vanguard Group, and Lehigh Valley Health Network. Makura holds an MBA in Operations and Data Analytics from the University of Michigan and a BS in Supply Chain Management from Lehigh University College of Business. Additionally, Makura completed middle and high school at Gilman School.
