Kryspin Weryho has a vast amount of work experience in the maritime industry. Kryspin started their career as a Motorman at Enterprises Shipping and Trading in 2007. Kryspin then worked as a 3rd Engineer at Goodfaith from 2009 to 2011, where they were responsible for watch operations and machinery maintenance. Following that, they joined Orion Bulkers as a 3rd Engineer, where they continued to carry out maintenance and testing of machinery, as well as maintaining records of repairs and preventive maintenance.

In 2013, Weryho joined F.H. Bertling as a 3rd Engineer, fulfilling similar duties as their previous roles. Kryspin also worked at EDT Offshore during this time, first as a 3rd Engineer and then as a 2nd Engineer. Kryspin served as a 2nd Engineer at Dulam International Limited from 2015 to 2016, before joining SAL Heavy Lift as a Chief Engineer, where they held the role of 2nd Engineer as well.

Most recently, Weryho worked as a 2nd Engineer at Blue Star Line A/S before assuming the position of Chief Engineer at EDT Offshore in 2019. Overall, their experience includes a range of engineering roles, with a focus on maintaining machinery and equipment, carrying out watch operations, and ensuring safety on board.

Kryspin Weryho completed their education from 2005 to 2009 at the Maritime University of Szczecin, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their academic qualifications, Weryho has acquired various certifications throughout their career. These certifications include the BASIC SAFETY TRAINING CERTIFICATE from the Maritime Office in Szczecin, which they obtained in May 2021. Kryspin also obtained the BI-DELTOID MEASUREMENT certification from Step Change in Safety in May 2021. Weryho received further training in offshore safety, including the BOSIET WITH HUET & CA-EBS TRAINING OPITO APPROVED and ESCAPE CHUTE TRAINING OPITO APPROVED certifications from Vulcan Training & Consultancy in May 2021. Kryspin also holds the ADVANCED FIRE FIGHTING certification from the Maritime Office in Szczecin, obtained in April 2021, and the PROFICIENCY IN SURVIVAL CRAFT AND RESCUE BOATS certification, obtained from the Maritime Office in Szczecin in April 2021.

Weryho has acquired additional certifications such as the ENCLOSED SPACE ENTRY COURSE from Seagull Maritime in September 2019 and the AUTHORISED GAS TESTING LEVELS 1,2 & 3 certification from Atlas Knowledge, a Mintra company in May 2019. Kryspin completed the DP Maintenance course from KONGSBERG in April 2019. Weryho obtained the LIQUIFIED GAS TANKER FAMILIARIZATION certification from the Maritime Office in Szczecin in December 2017 and the OIL AND CHEMICAL TANKER FAMILIARIZATION certification, although the institution is not specified, also in December 2017. Kryspin obtained the YELLOW FEVER certification from the Maritime Doctor in April 2017 and obtained their passport from WOJEWODA ZACHODNIOPOMORSKI in March 2017.

Weryho also holds the ENGINE ROOM RESOURCE MANAGEMENT certification from the Maritime Office in Szczecin, obtained in June 2016. Kryspin acquired the OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF POWER SYSTEMS IN EXCESS OF 1kV certification from the Maritime Office in Szczecin in June 2016. In May 2016, Weryho obtained the MEDICAL FIRST AID, PROFICIENCY FOR SEAFARERS WITH DESIGNATED SECURITY DUTIES, and PROFICIENCY IN SECURITY-AWARENESS certifications, all from the Maritime Office in Szczecin. In April 2015, they passed the Marlins - English Language Test for Seafarers administered by Marlins. Additionally, Weryho completed the OSHA SCAFFOLDS COURSE in October 2014, although the institution is not specified.
