Caroline Kiria

Caroline Kiria is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Regional Talent Acquisition Associate at Educate!, a social enterprise focused on combating youth unemployment across Africa. In this role, Caroline manages the end-to-end recruiting processes for senior leadership in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, and Tanzania, playing a crucial part in shaping the organization's growth. Previously, Caroline worked as a Talent Acquisition Officer at Komaza, an organization aimed at empowering small-scale farmers to address Africa's wood supply crisis. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant and Agent at Samasource, where responsibilities included providing general clerical support and managing correspondence. Caroline holds a Certified Human Resource Professional designation from the College of Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
